Sketch of the Day 7-08
Day 7 at Camp Van Vac, last full day. :( So yesterday I was talking about how hard night photography is. Well it turns out taking photos in freak fog conditions is also difficult, but beautiful.

An illustration based on Coldplay’s song “Viva La Vida”. Specifically, the lyrics: “Now in the morning I sleep alone, sweep the streets I used to own.” The song is about a defeated person, essentially, a king who has lost his throne, so I wanted my illustration to depict a desolate and depressed scene.
